CONTRACT COVERAGE NOAA has entered into a Blanket Purchase Agreement with ESRI, Inc. for purchasing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software. NOAA BPA number: 45-AA-NA-804920 What Does This Mean to You as a NOAA Employee? All items on ESRI's Federal GSA Schedule (GS-35F-5086H) can be purchased at a 4% discount except SINs 132-50 and 132-51 (training and services), which are available at the GSA price. Orders over $500,000 will be given a 10% discount from the GSA Schedule price. Spot discounts will be made available for significant orders below $500,000. Prices will be FOB Destination for orders in the CONUS (instead of FOB origin). ESRI will work with NOAA to create multi-day workshops on applied GIS training, using NOAA's teleconferencing facilities. A word about software maintenance plans.
